Does anyone know with any degree of certainty whether we have answered Comex and what the questions were that needed answering?

Aside from malaise and some downward pressure due to the financing -- the weakness here compared to others in the Lithium space is surprising (yes i know timelines etc are also stretched and there is a pattern of extending timelines...)

The April Comex questions were answered over the summer, this was stated during the AGM, I assume that comex would have reviewed them during their September meeting. I would be shocked if CRE has answered the October 19th questions yet, CRE doesn't work that fast. The April questions focused on clarifications of questions asked during the public hearings, however, the October questions focused

Incidentally, I did email CRE and ask if the October questions were answered but I did not get a response. Asked lots of other questions too but, well you know...

The October questions were all answered promptly. I actually posted this a while ago. I got the info from by broker who actually talked to CRE management.

The obvious question being than  is why hasent management not released this information publicly.  Until than the concern remains
