Comex focused management
Like all of us I'd like to have more news to promote the project.
We all agree that permit is a key mile stone. I prefer having them focusiing on getting it.
Since 2019 CRE produced 4462 pages of documents to answers questions.
Last one dated september 3rd has '' only '' 138 pages.probably to answer the 7 pages of questions ( april 30 th )followiing public hearings.
Comex on their side published a total of 123 pages of questions the last to set were 7 pages after public hearings and 4 pages ( october 19th) after probably the october meeting of the board.
I read the october questions some are quite easy other may require more work , I hope that they alread had the data and just had to present them.
So we can see that the process is like a funnel. l just hope that answering october questions will complete and not opening another round. Maybe the answers were presented between october and today and if answers are complete the Comex board makes a recommandation during this december meeting . It would have been great if answers were ready for the november board meeting. But nothing went out . This does not mean that nothing positive happened at that meeting. But more and more time passes more and more we are close to something happening at the decemeber meeting.
WE are getting closer and closer but are we there yet? Suffering by the meantime . Permit would be great to be Santa this year.
Hoping

I can see why management would have thought that this process with comex was going to happen much quicker than it has been, when you look at the handful of questions the nemaska had to face compared to cre, it seems like the standards have changed. All the nmx documents are still on the comex website, it looks as though they only received 2 sets of questions.

Some of those last questions had been answered already but through the Federal permit process. So the answers are a copy paste process.
