Allkem

So they may not have a permit however ;

They are trading at $8.  They have 6 analysts from major institutions covering with an average target over $10

They have a huge amount of shares out with 
around 630 million shares out.  Market cap over 5 billion 

Maybe this obsession here regarding permits is pointless

Galaxy and orocobre merged and became allkem, they own producing mines in Australia and James Baie lithium

To be more specific. I was only talking about Allkem for the part concerning Galaxy since they are our neighbors. The SP of Allkem worth billions is beside the point. Galaxy is a small part of their portfolio.
