Yesterday's news
Critical hires 3 companies for Rose plant design work
I might have been a bit harsh (and possibly missed the point) with my opinions about yesterday's NR.
Looking at the December MD&A, the amounts for engineering all parts of phase one are all listed there (roughly 17 million total) So they already had these quotations to be able to put them in that document. And we know they had the cash from the last PP in pocket since December 3rd.
So why wait till mid-February for this NR ? Could it be that the last doubts about the Quebec permit have faded away ?
At least this could be a reason why, since if we wanted to start a build in summer and there is a lot of engineering to do, why wait 2 months to give the contract ??
The answer could be that you do not to commit 17 million dollars without being sure that there is no more obstacles for a 2022 build.

I believe our management is just to make sure that everything can go when their permit is in their hands, rather than waste 3 to 6 months, then it will be Fall or Winter. WE may not get the last permit right away, but it is not too far now, JMO> tiger

I would think management would not want to project too much confidence , too early on , for fear of inciting COMEX to get their back up . To carry on as though the permits are a done deal , sure thing , may piss off the decision makers , so bext to step lightly , kiss a little butt and be humble .

Perhaps CRE has already met with Minister Fitzgibbon, virtually or by conference call.

In addition to the thumbs up emoji, Stockhouse should provide a Option

That was supposed to say a “fingers crossed” option. GLTA
