CRE short positions

Believe it or not, the short positions increased by around 300K between Feb 15- Feb 28!!!
Now, who is shorting it with such confidence and why? Not looking for an answer btw

Simply because shorters know or are guessing that it's not yet time for the permit and it's always time to make money with this waiting time, they are used to that..... They are real traders and money makers not investors. They are not watching each and every trade hoping, or someting like that, or trying to explain anything and everything !
