The way I see it, lithium is a commondty, bult also a special chemical. The demand is way too high, and the supply will not catch up demand.  

You can build a Mega Battery factory in 18-24 months, but it takes 10 years to build a mine.

It may take 10 years to build a mine in Canada but definitely not in most of the world  Supply is rapidly being added to.  So is demand  Personally I think there will be many more mines in production before we see a domestic supply
