Blaggers, thanks for that. Being positive is the correct POV. Being an investor is risky now and forever. One's future is in one's hands and it is only so if one plans ahead. So collectivey those who agree with that concept THAT WE INDIVIDUALS CREATE OUR FUTURES AND and we will succeed or fail in our endeavours based on our attitude. So altogether now lets postulate and put an "intention" (without reservation) that our actions and selection of CRE IS CORRECT and very soon we will be rewarded by its success, e.g. perhaps Musk Will swoop in and shatter the logjam. Yes, a positive growth mindset on this blog is important.  AND . . . I would also love to hear what CRE management are doing to lobby  the Quebec government to action.   Those of us in Quebec, have you contacted your MLA about this?   Have you asked questions about their commitment to economic development in that province, and how that jives with appanrent inaction
