News out

NPV 1.9 Billion
Comment by Wheeler on Jun 13, 2022 10:30am
1.9 B that's higher than my expectations, they used an average price of  $1852 for chemical grade, it's like they read my mind.

That's not really news to posters here, that's pretty much what everyone calculcated months ago Now let's go to at least $4 please!

"all figures are quoted in American dollars ("US$") and are reported on a 100% equity project basis" See how this will be accepted by the market!!
Comment by Wheeler on Jun 13, 2022 10:34am
With a current market cap of about $250M CAN, we're sitting at about one tenth of our present NPV

Being released first thing in a Monday I would say good chance for more to come. Although I'm not sure if they would withhold news of the permit if they had it in hand....

Show me another LI junior that says they will finance with 100% equity! Based on the current stock price we are looking at  400M shares plus 200M warrants probably if they go ahead with the 100% equity financing. Why not at least show 50% loan / 50% equity?  This management is really going to betray the existing shareholders and throw us under the bus.. Now you see why no one will ...more

In recent interviews Eric suggested a 50-50 debt equity split.
Comment by monkeyhere171 on Jun 13, 2022 11:21am
Wheeler, it's not what management says in interviews that matters! It's what they put down on paper! The market is forward-looking, and with this NR they essentially killed any potential stock run, as who will step up and buy knowingly that there will be hundreds of millions shares available.
Comment by Wheeler on Jun 13, 2022 11:30am
Where in this NR do they suggest that they will finance only with equity? I'm not following your logic.

Respectfully monkeyhere171, enough with the doom and gloom, today is a good day with these numbers.  Management has consistently stated that they will only dilute as much as is needed keeping  in mind shareholder value. If things turn out differently, I will be the first to say you were right but until  then, let's enjoy the ride which might take a while to sink in but ...more

Sure, rant over!   100% equity note is what made me go on a rant as I take that as they implied will not give a piece to anyone. So the preferred option for Management is dilution. Time will tell.
Comment by tiger2201 on Jun 13, 2022 12:35pm
It's the FS nmbers based on 100% equity., and shows CONSERVATIVE numbers. Management will not behave like Australian miners, dilute the existing shareholders to death.  That's why I don't touch Aus stocks. tiger

The report is written based on 100% equity, I take this to mean that the npv and all other values in the report are based on cre's 100% ownership, rather than any other matter of payment, ie shares in an jv company for instance. This does not mean that they will finance on equity only. But really all we can do at this stage is speculate, there's certainly no sense arguing about it, we' ...more
