A Screaming Bargain

Based on facts and not BS CRE is the best bargain on the Venture. CRE is presently trading at .16x NAV. Previous to the FS update we were trading at .33x NAV which was even ridiculous. Most peers trading at .9x NAV which would put us well over $8. Even at .33x NAV we are over $3.

So, if these are the facts, and there is data to back this up, why the persistantly soggy share price?  Even this week is underwhelming after the news.  You call it a bargain, but thats only if the management team can realize the value.  Clearly there is doubt in the market that the CRE team can pull this off, or we would have been better than .33x NAV going into this week.
