They did run in to some problems due to the size of diamonds that were on the small size related to breakage in the crusher. So since then Osisko gold bought them out and the plant is running fine with profits today. I am not sure if your post is meant to discredit M. Perron, but the guy delivered the goods on time (5 months before forecasted date) and under budget. All this in line with

Stornoway - Investissement Quebec (IQ) also implicated in Nemaska Lithium, Sayona (North American Lithium) and Blackrock Metals all of which were privatized to the detriment of shareholders and creditors through CCAA creditor protection filing.
