Update:
In September 2019, Stornoway was granted protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act from the Superior Court of Quebec while the company restructured its business and financial affairs. In October 2019, Stornoway was delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange after steep financial losses.

Did you forget Investissement Quebec (IQ) implication. -- "So since then Osisko gold bought them out and the plant is running fine with profits today."

Stornoway - Investissement Quebec (IQ) also implicated in Nemaska Lithium, Sayona (North American Lithium) and Blackrock Metals all of which were privatized to the detriment of shareholders and creditors through CCAA creditor protection filing.
