Quebec Permit Status
In the June special meeting (405b) the CLEC presented the preliminary report to COMEX.
They mentionned reading the comments supplied by the MELCC and GNC.
Then it is said that the FINAL REPORT FOR RECOMMENDATION will be presented to COMEX on the July 26th meeting.
Also in that meeting, we learn that a prliminary report is being redacted for hooking up our project to Hydro Quebec.
For the Hydro, I did not find any questions and answers posted in the last 6 meetings. So I suspect that this hookup is more like a run of the mill thing for Hydro and Comex compared to new dam projects and hydro plants.
The use of acronyms always bugs me, and if someone can tell me what CLEC and GNC stand for I would appreciate that.
(maybe GNC stands for "Grande Nation Cree" ?

Just keep in mind that a Reclamation plan and agreement has already been approved...so i would highly doubt there are environmental issues outstanding....would make no sense....

Thank you for that info Radnaski. Based on that, Nemaska gor the permit 80 days after the Comex recommendation. In a similar scenario, with all things being eqiual, if our recommendation went out on July 26th, we could expect our permit around mid-october. I can live with that.

Sounds familiar. Watch for the upcoming Nemaska shareholder update, going to be very interesting.

You are right Randy, and it has taken off first. New Nemaska will be producing spodumene in 2023 at least a full year before Critical Elements.
