Quebec-focused Critical Elements Lithium's main asset is its Rose lithium-tantalum hard-rock spodumene project. The company also has its Lemare lithium project and a handful of exploration projects that are focused on other metals.

Rose is close to being fully permitted and to the start of construction. In May, the company announced it had successfully converted spodumene from the project into battery-grade lithium hydroxide with a conversion rate of 92 percent. Critical Elements filed an NI-43-101 technical report in July based on its feasibility study for Rose, including a mine life of 17 years and average annual production of 173,000 MT of chemical-grade 5.5 percent spodumene concentrate.

At the end of October, Critical Elements announced the discovery of new lithium-tantalum pegmatite trends after its summer exploration program, which included work at Rose and Lemare, as well as some of its other projects, including the Duval gold-copper-nickel project. The exploration showed a 2 kilometer white pegmatite trend at Duval that hosts lithium, tantalum and cesium anomalies, and that trend extends to the Lemare project. A new lithium-tantalum pegmatite body was also found at the Rose project.

Most recently, the company shared that Rose has now received all its main environmental authorizations, allowing it to move forward. Since October 24, Critical Elements has spiked, moving from C$1.70 to a year-to-date high of C$2.47 on November 8.

These websites are comical. I have owned several of the companies on there when they were hot topics. They haven't been for years but the CEO's still take calls to promote their companies and or the space they operate in. Two of my current darlings are still essentially unheard of and CRE is one of them. If things go as they have in the past when this is the dynamic, I feel like I will do ...more

A lot of these articles are written by high schoolers I believe, either that or basset hounds. This article however rank the top five Canadian lithium companies according to year to date share price gains by percentage. If you go a little further out CRE would not even make the top five, FL and PMET would both beat us out. The article also states that we are still waiting for full permitting while ...more
