Goldman filed a lawsuit a few years ago against one of their software developers who they say stole the code for their trading software.  In that case GS admitted that in "The wrong hands" the software could be used to manipulate the markets. When you see them put out a bearish note like this and the sector stocks immediately get hammered down 10% it really makes you wonder who the ...more
