Data room....

All -- I for one have no doubt at all that JS is looking to cut the absolute best deal he can...why, do I believe this you may ask....very very simple -- look at how much equity he and his father own then consider how much equity his other family members who are not insiders likely own, think of all his friends etc....all equity owners like us. We have all been in this stock for years -- so has JS and his family. It would be completely backwards to think that he does not want the best possible deal there is.

Second "no doubt" comment -- I have no doubt that the Data room is open and buzzing. JS has always said that partners are interested and waiting for the permits to do the final due diligence. Well - here we are, permitted and ready to roll. As many of us have noted - demand is super strong and supply super tight. It is only logical that the potential parnters are accessing the data room right now and pouring over the specs/docs etc etc.  Having gone through this sort of thing on a much smaller scale -- it takes months to go through this sort of extensive material....so I would expect that by mid to end of January the due diligence should be wrapping up and we may see some bids on the table.

Maybe the market and many investors would somehow feel better if cre press released that there were 7 organizations in the room doing due diligence...some will say that they should press release to get the price higher to do the deal....all the institutions know the value here and bids will come in accordingly (like bidding on an apartment building without a price attached to it -- the pros know what its worth and bid within a bound of the value).

Yes - the timelines on this project have tested us all....but JS and team have delivered what they set out and have been truthful and direct....i see no reason to doubt that we are being looked at right now and that value will surface -- is it at $3.50, $4.50, $5.50 a share...no idea, but it will be much higher than where we are imo.

Best to All.

I was reading along fine till I got to "but JS and team have delivered what they set out and have been truthful and direct" and got a lump in my throat. Really, how long did they string us along with the permit obtention and poor performance responding to COMEX. CRE is no different, string shareholders along over the years while collecting salaries, options and new program to award ...more

Dalesio...I hear you loud and clear....it certainly felt like being strung along for a long time. When I game it out I have to think that there is no situation where JS and team did not want to get the permit and caused delay outright. They too went through periods or optimism, frustration, bewilderment....and yes, throw in some poor execution or incompetence in the mix over the past 10 years ...more
