@avanzalg I played around with some figures. Here are $CRE's after-tax net present value, NAV/share post financing & FD share price based on a 5x multiple of 2026 EBITDA. Compared using different price decks

Assumptions: 2-year of construction starting Q1 2023. 240ktpa SC5.5, Ramp-up during 2025 reaching 50% of prod capacity. 27% tax rate. 260 million shares fully diluted after 50% Capex raise at C$8 (raising US$178.5M at a ~ US$1500m project valuation). All other figures are from the feasibility study
