MD&A Jan 2023

So the new MD&A was just posted and as suspected there was a massive warrant dump. Roughly 5M warrants were exercised, specifically after the Permit news. Sure they brought in around $8.5M into company coffers but our stock price suffered.
Another interesting highlight is that they added 250km2 land to their claims, bit can't recall seeing any NR about it. Hmm... transperant management?
Some other info:
- compensations ballooned 3x so they are rewarding themself
- Design is still 50% Front End done (based on paid fees), so Detailed design is months away so is construction. Just a note they were supposed to fund FE with the Nov 21 PP so to be ready now, obviously it's not
- Still have $27M in the coffers
- To date deficit of $47M.. so that's how much they have spent with no revenue
- Some drilling results that we know about
- No mention of financing which is odd

Verdict: not happy, particularly since the Front End Design is not done!!! This will delay the construction further IMO

Thank you Sir, just more disappointment in a very, very long line of disappointments. Looks like this tortoise has a grand piano tied to it. We could call it "dead weight" We could call it poor management,, we could call it massively incompetent management... I really can not understand why this "world class" team allows the unkempt, and possibly mentally challenged CEO to ...more

It is not my intention to personally bash management. Just pointing facts. So the decision to delay construction can be related to the design. As stated in the Eight Capital report, management noted design have to be at least 60% done in order to advance to the construction phase. As of January they are at 50% pre-design, so to reach 60% of detailed design in 6-7 months seems reasonable if they ...more

Thank you for sharing monkeyhere171. You make a good point about the increased claim that has not been promoted. The lack of marketing is mind blowing, I am not sure what their strategy is but it's quite obvious that the institutional investments they claimed would flow through following the de-risking of the project (permit) are not happening yet. Their lack of promotion is clearly ...more

Nice Kakoo88  I agree. There has never been a good relationship with investors here.   We always left to guess and speculate what is happening. I have brought up many times how pmet keeps investors informed and engaged in developments and upbeat,  therein lies the difference in thiers and our sp. one would nearly surmise management doesn't want to create value?   ...more
