Press release

I hate those sentences...

"Management is actively engaged in identifying the optimal strategic partner or partners to maximize benefits for all the Corporation's stakeholders, but at this time, there can be no guarantees as to the timing and outcome of this process."

..., but at this time, there can be no guarantees as to the timing and outcome of this process." WHY ADD THIS ONE??? Same old CRE, no more comments, kill the rally :(

As usual a tremendous effect on each CRE news.....

Unbelievable!  And we wonder why we are so undervalued! Its like they want a low share price.

The reason this is added is precisely because so many on this Board and elsewhere continue to pull their hair out, stomp on the ground and throw tantrums each time a timing milestone is missed. Yes - there have been real delays....but I challenge anyone here to try and get a permit for a mining project delivered on time anywhere in this country. I for one appreciate that disclaimer -- it tells ...more

Most companies simply invoke the " Safe Harbour" statement at the end of the NR. That has become a standard declaration of , " I'm Not Accountable".
Comment by johng14 on Feb 02, 2023 9:19am
As much as those statement's may protect the company and the board, it is better to be safe than to be sorry from a legal point of view and there is legitamately no reason to open yourself up to a lawsuit from the shareholders in a simple corporate update, no matter how frivolous a lawsuit may be. I would even argue that omitting that sentence is insignificant to the short term stock price.
Comment by monkeyhere171 on Feb 02, 2023 9:35am
That a big stretch and how come all other juniors can put these statements at the bottom that no one reads and works for them? This management have proven to love shooting their own success down.  Im not saying this should be in the NR, I'm saying this shouldn't be right after the discussion about finances.
