Bull Markets-
Some very smart analysts have stated that a "real" bull market has 3 stages during which time, sudden significant up moves occur, each one followed by a correction sometimes in very quick succession. Some investers obvious sell during the peaks if they can and buy back in on the pull-back. It appears that CRE's more recent moves (after an agonizing long "iinterlude" ,the part of which time, Management and CRE appeared destined to be gold mine) appear to indicate the stock has just concluded the first wave and one can speculate we are on the verge of the second wave which one can reasonably expect will be sudden and perhaps spectacular.move to the upside (Then the weeping and gnashing of teeth will be over for the long suffering and "aging"speculators) and with satisfaction will perhaps take some long sought big profits and wait tor the 3rd wave which just might be even more spectacular, and where CRE may just level off in the 10 to 20 dollar range without giving all the gains back. I am all for that. I am willing to wait.

What does it say for CRE? For what it is worth the trading platform I use (Qtrade) has CRE at a buy rating for short medium and long term.
