Thanks! They talk about CRE at minute 14. They can't understand why critical doesn't have a buyer by now....considering the lithium market is so competitive.

Howard also made it clear at the beginning of the video that if you really want to know what they think you have to pay up. The free videos only get you so much insight. They dance around the topics of hard rock vs brine and North American supply (specifically Quebec and the James Bay Area) without giving too much detail.
