My theory for the current delay

Here's my theory for the current delay: the partner and Critical Element want to secure the other 50% of the funding. The USA provides a good portion of the financing, but the processing plant must be in the USA. The Government of Quebec has already mentioned that the processing must be done in Quebec. So I think the current delay is related to the federal government which must have a program as generous as the USA to have the incentive. we are therefore waiting for the federal government to announce its plan. Even if we wanted the mine to produce in 2024, the processing plant would not be ready before 2025, so there is no point in rushing to finalize the agreement with the partner without the rest of the tie. What do you think?

The fact is that there will be no Q1 announcement, market knows that and profits from it, period! Management should have addressed the delay by saying something in the lines that we planned to do it Q1, however based on our advanced discussions we need additional steps or whatever in order to obtain the best possible results, etc. Reassuring investors there is interest from multiple companies ...more
