Ok, so we did not finalize the partner deal in the forst quarter. But how close are we ?

I for one am expecting financing news any day now. (April)

Wish I had some money hanging around to buy more last week.

IMO, if CRE wait until Summer, or later to announce financing, they might be too late to the party. Up to 4 more permits "could" be issued by then. Waiting for the perfect deal might cost them/us. Sooner the better IMO.

There is an opportunity cost to waiting so long for the off-take partner deal.  All the time they are investing in the off-take deal is time they are not investing in construction financing.  Those are likely 2 very different pieces of negotiation.  They have said as much. Plus the added risk of potential buyers going elsewhere.  We do not know but they may have 12 offers in

Sorry i might be missing something but where did they talk about offtake financing?  From what I understand they want to find a partner who will help them build the mine.  Am I wrong?

Yes, they have 2 separate pieces of business to do per the CEO interview in Dec. first is an offtake agreement in which they probably have to buy shares at a significant premium, then construction financing.

What other permits could happen in 4 months? Are they australian or south american? because no way any other mine in north america is getting a permit in 4 months.

SA, they have brine, they are going to use DLE tech, and they can scale up as quickly as a hard rock mine or maybe faster. RR has a 43-101 coming out soon, LITH has another.  ETL in Alberta, setting up its testing pilot plant NOW.  If you are a car company looking to secure supplies there are lots of places to go shopping and stock prices are down.  No way is CRE the only or

My only advice to investors is do not sell. There will be a deal in the next 3-4 months if not sooner. The stock will take off and you will be kicking yourself if you missed out. I've learned over the years to not panic, CRE is an amazing opportunity and they will announce a deal soon. Just hold on and you'll be well rewarded!

While I would love a deal to be announced in the coming week or two -- I am not holding my breath. I suspect this is more of a summer event....hope I am proven wrong. Like I have said many times in the past -- I've been here for 7+ years....another few months is no big deal.  Aside from a deal announcement -- I really want to hear what is going on with our drilling of Rose and of Lemare.

Reading between the lines I think we will get drilling news on Lemare soon , a couple weeks followed by partner/ off take  I expect good news within 6 weeks  Yes I am a believer , wouldn't have been invested for 14 years if I thought otherwise  Good times are on the horizon, back up the truck and load up if ya can! I've been buying, only wish I can buy more  cheers! &
