It is hard to forecast exactly how large the change in stock prices for Aussie and Canadian LI miners will be.  Gov't personnel are not miners. Producing LI takes serious amounts of capital PLUS mining expertise. Mining expertise at the gov't level in Chile is near zero.  Russia at one point kicked western oil companies out of their country and after a few years had to invite ...more
