Found it very strange that their last financing was with flow through shares.
I've stopped buying stock that use flow through to raise money.
Cheers,
Blaggers.

It is the new thing. Not like the old setup with Joe Dwek who acted as a intermediary between the buyer and seller. Most mining exploration companies do it.

I just thought with such a high stock price they could have just done regular financing. I always believed flow through were for the penny stock companies.  Cheers, Blaggers.

Flow-through share financing contributes over 65% of the funds raised on Canadian stock exchanges for exploration across the country. It still brings volatility to a company. But when you are starting and have 0 dollars in the bank, you go for it. 1000$ of shares really only cost the investor 350$. Makes it easy specially for startups.

Is it correct that flow through shares are typically higher priced than the current market share price, because the buyer is purchasing a share of the company and purchasing part of the companiy's tax deduction?
