So many shares traded at 3:59 pm

I was checking the action at the end of the day and Scotiabank was showing a close of $1.82 but other websites were showing a close of $1.87. So I kept checking and then at 4:12 pm, the shareprice was updated to $1.87.on Scotiabank.
CIBC bought the last tranche of 4900 shares at 3:59, whoever that was, Thank-You.
We went from a 7% dip to 3%, let's see what tomorrow brings.

What is important to monitor is the VWAP which for today is $1.82. And that was declining by about 5c on average every day which indicates the stock is in a downward channel with nothing to stop it besides financial news. Even the recovery of the LITH spot prices does little to this dog..
