Dear Management,

I guess thanks for the update that we have all been demanding and screaming about. You responded to our calls and our asks and our needs...so that is pretty good. You provided the longest and most fulsome summary of where our project is at that I have ever seen from a mining company....nay, any company. You tried your best to hold our hand and spoon feed us the same information that you have put out and talked about time and time and time again. We appreciate that you summarized it for us in one long essay -- that way we dont have to dig through 3 or 4 past press releases to see what you've already said.

But we are still angry, confused and more befuddled than Gen Z on the first day of a new job....i guess you didn't really HEAR us. If i type in ALL CAPS maybe you will......you see, we want the stock price to be higher and we want it HIGHER NOW. So until that happens we don't really like your summary and it confuses us. Why is it confusing -- well....thats OBVIOUS. You forgot to put in SPECIFIC DATES for the completion of everything. Ya ya ya - I know that putting dates on stuff is something that you have been criticized for and is probably the root cause of the stock decline...but I want you to DI IT ANYWAYS so that i can anticipate a specific date and blame you when it passes. You see - knowing the date will be helpful to me. That way I will know when I will make a lot of money and when I can sell at a big profit -- and I can plan how much debt I can take on in the interim. WAKE UP Mgmt. The other thing you forgot to tell us is WHO is your JV partner, WHO is the offtake partner, HOW MUCH will governement put up....please please please post this info on Stockhouse soon (we promise to keep it a secret). BTW - if you don't post I and others are going to get really super cranky and may even not buy your stock, may sell your stock and may even post endlessly on this site accusing you of not providing inside information and accusing you of missing deadlines, and accusing you of being all around not nice. Oh ya - and we will also probably suggest a grand conspiracy involving the government of quebec and if that's not enough -- we will recycle old grudges and simply endlessly accuse you of....well, you get the drift.....

Hey mgmt -- ya, you got us within a month or two of a final deal -- WE DONT CARE. ALL we care about is the past and not the future -- we know you said you are taking the steps to seal a deal this summer - DONT CARE. We wanted it to happen already - now that it hasnt...ALL WE ASK FOR IS SOME GUIDANCE... AKA INSIDE INFO....just between us pls :).
