Cash for Rose Project mine is all around CRE
Allkem just reported record profits of $524 mil US and cash on hand of $868 miL US. Allkem which is about to merge with Livent a bigger lithium company, is developing the James Bay Project which is near to the Rose deposit. In addition there are gold miners nearby with major amounts of cash for investment. CRE's most recent promise is a financing of Rose in Sept. There really is little to no reason why such an event should fail to happen.
Allkem's docs were sent -personal use only so I can't copy them here, Sorry.

"CRE's most recent promise is a financing of Rose in Sept." Where and when did CRE make this most recent promise?

Wheeler, look at the famous 'conservative' timetable on CRE's presentation (page 18). It says assuming financing completed by September 2023.

We were notified this timeline would change in the early summer. Moved to late fall. From Eric's conference

Not sure why you think CRE stock price dropped because of the timeline being moved.. or anything to do with CREs actions. All lithium plays tanked in the last 2 months !!! lithium prices down 60% now lithium carbonate that is.. ready for the next leg up !!!

There really is little to no reason why such an event should fail to happen? - Decrease in lithium spot price? - Negative outlook for Chinese economy and thus global EV uptake? Wouldn't call these "little" reasons, but nevertheless we will know soon.

Allkem and Core Lithium are both reporting higher prices for LI quarter over quarter. The spot price for LI jumps all over the place. Pilbara reports on Aug 24th so we can see what they say. Parts of the Chinese economy are struggling;but EV car sales in terms of units sold seem to be onthe increase because of price cuts and generous gov't subsidies.
