Yes,  I believe December 3 is right.  Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Corporation (a “Common Share”) and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each full warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at an exercise price of $2.50 for a period of 24 months following the closing of the Offering. December 3 ...more
