regroupement d actions 1:10

J espere qu il n y aura pas de regroupement d actions comme 1:10 pour reduire ne nombre d actions en vue du financement. Nous savons tous comment cela fini. Ca fini toujours par revenir au prix initial. Presentement il y a 230 millions d actions ce qui est limite a mon avis pour une future jeune entreprise. Le C.A. va certaiement vouloir ramener cela a 30 millions d'action pour avoir de la marge pour emettre quelques centaines de millions d actions supplementaire en vu de son financement. S ils optent pour le 1:10 nous sommes perdant sur toute la ligne.

On what do you base this theory?  I agree that consolidations are usually disasterous. I have never heard anyone mention this NOR DO IT THINK IT IS IN THE CARDS HERE. Given that JSL and his father own a great many shares as do the other management and executive and board level, I don't understand how you think this would make sense. The only value to a share consolidation would be to list on a senior exchange.

Comme vous devez le savoir... ce n'est pas JSL et son paternel qui ont le gros bout du baton dans les negociations, considerant le prix du lithium qui est en chute libre. Et comme vous devez egalement deja savoir, JSL est pret a tout pour allez de l'avant avec son projet. Non, les vrais decideurs sont IQ et le gouvernement du Qubec et c'est avec eux que tout va se dcider. Je ne dsire ...more

Totally agree. Government of Quebec is in charge and as long as they have controlling interest in Nemaska, Critical will only get the left overs. As crooked a Government as they get.
