Hey sourceman, Does the "next few months" equal 90 days ? Where do your numbers come from ? For my part, I do not see the package materializing before October. I have been wrong so many times before though.  For now I am more worried about this adage :  "Sell in May and go away" is a well known saying in finance. It is based on stocks' historical

Yes Tinker the announcement came directly from Eric at  PDAC 2025 DATES & LOCATION. Dates: Sunday, March 2 - Wednesday, March 5, 2024. Locations: Metro Toronto Convention Centre So we should expect a financing package very soon .

"soon" in CRE speak could be a millenia. Meaning of soon in English         soon adverb   UK     /sun/ US

You might be right and the announcement might happen in that time interval. I hope it does. But to be clear Eric never gave a date or specified when a deal would be made or announced. That would be pretty unrealistic and kind of stupid. How could he possibly know how long negotiations could go on for.  In an industry that's in complete flux and global economies that are in complete flux
