CRE Management

It is not bashing to call out the management of CRE for being asleep at the helm.  Its not bashing to point out that they gave us an expectation that financing would follow the permit, and then just do and say nothing about it.  This company has experienced people working there.  It is entirely reasonable to expect that financing be in place a long time ago, especially given the LONG lead time to getting the provincial permit.

I worked for a long time at a major mining company.  This would have gotten senior people fired from that company.

Being a CRE investor is not an identity issue.  This is business, and either they run the business well or they don't.  As shareholders we are very much within our pervue to comment on this and make clear to this company's bosses that we expect better.

Thank you.
