So predictable....so boring already.

CRE stock price is down....btw, so is EVERY Li name in the market. ALB is below $100/share for the first time in over 3 years...4 years....everything is getting killed.

Not that anyone takes note.

Rose has an NPV of approx $1.1billion USD even using today's crappy Li pricing. That is 10x at minimum our stock price.

Now - is it reasonable for us to go up 10x in this environment - nope. Will we cut a deal at 10x today's stock price - nope......but could we cut a deal at 2x or 3x or 4x today's stock price....easily. Will we - yup. When....that is the questions. The only question -- and that is determined by the entity that will cut a cheque for $300,000,000.

All the teeth gnashing and blaming and speculation is simply borne out of fear or other people trying to manipulate you to be fearful.

If you know what you own - you know that it is only a matter of time until a deal gets done and we unlock tremendous value. The entire space sucks right now -- get over it. This has happened a number of times before and will happen again -- same crying and blaming happens every time.

On another note - our ownership in PNPN is becoming more and more valuable because of their massive success in drilling and what they are finding.  Soooooo - have any of you looked at a map of our property and PNPN's.....maybe you should....we have something called Lemare that is sitting very close or perhaps on the same trend...

I will not wish anyone luck - we don't need it. We have the goods and have the permits, have a new deposit in Rose West and have ownership in a new exiting development in PNPN and the world demand for Li remains extremely robust and EV sales continue to grow at 20%+ year over year.....

If you know what you own you know......if you dont know you can continue to whine and complain....and if you are a pathetic loser short who simply tries to scare people - do us all a favour and crawl back into your hole or back into your bedroom that you have at your mommy's house.

It is my resounding crticicism of the management of this company that they have not been able to realize the value of this resource for the shareholders.   There have been several opportunities, but they were all ignored by the folks in charge at CRE.   I am sorry, but it is not enough to have the goods and the permits.  You also need a team of people who can execute

Dave -  your comments reveal your deep furstration...understandable. Your comments also reveal that you have little to no idea how long it takes an exploration company to fund itself and get to the mining stage. The comments also do not reflect facts...they are all feelings. Fact is this: The Comex process had nothing to do with a team "executing" or "making it happen".
