The pathetic thing about CRE is that every time someone writes, I couldn't resist the price being so low, the price keeps going down after..... New lows that have been getting lower and lower for a few years now. That's definitely not a good sign. And if even JSL and company say that they can't do anything about it....well yes sorry a better marketing would have raised the title
