I have mentioned this a few times over the past few years that management has never sold anything and that this was the only thing that made me keep my shares. However, this does not prevent me from having major negative feelings about how the company is managed. You should look at both ways - did they ever buy any shares on the open market? The answer is  NO - never put their own money, all shares they have are granted options! Of course, since 2017 (when I first bought) they have been saying they cannot buy because they are in a blackout period... yeah keep believing that..
