2024 Tax loss dumping is over. 30 days of waiting for the peeps that sold to buy back (if they want to buy back). Will February bring some sustained, upward movement to the stock? Still lots of shorts out there (usual suspects). Will we get some kind of update soon? Anything?? Deal in the next 12 months pending?????

Hope CRE delivers something this year.
