and that's based on BTC @ $59K and ETH @ $1836. This doesn't take into account any hosting fee revenues and the anticipated increase in price for BTC/ETH as well as increased self mining during 2021

Just wait, the show hasn't started yet. They are well placed and have what it takes to perform. Cheap power, agreement with suppliers for state of the art tourney equipment and funds on hand.
