Insider ownership?
I was surprised to see no indication of insider ownership of Centric in their presentation on the web site.
Clearly they've all got a lot of "in the money" warrants, and some insiders have been selling shares, so it really should be disclosed.
Nice, professional, web-site and material otherwise. Management seem competent and well-connected.
I like the farm-outs, it cuts the company's "burn rate" to practically zero (ok $100k/month) for at least the next 6 months.
Now would be a great time to raise some more cash to fill the coffers and possibly buy some more concessions bordering their current properties.
All in all a very speculative stock. This is the first time I've ever heard of someone counting oil slicks to predict the presence of oil, very clever. But very very early days. Does any analyst follow this?
