yes it should.  Companies like CTE only come around once in awhile.  When you find one you accumulate..no stock goes straight up and not pull back and this is the case with CTE...the good ones will pullback but then begin to creep slowly back to their highs..reason I state that compaines like CTE only come around once in awhile is due to their properties and partners, low float and
