Nice to see the Comp  address the IPL issue  Even nicer to see that Tullow formalized the Agreementprior to getting Government approval of it.Would appear to be a rather strong vote of confidence.Be reasonable to assume that  the SP will be in limbo until the hearing/decision.has been issuedGLTA
