Ceiling?

I have a small position in this company and reading all the upside potential here can someone more knowledgeable then myself put an real dollar value on the potential of this company? It seems to me that there is the very good possibility that this could get very high but i have some concerns regarding the pending court ruling. I appreciate any feedback.
