Yes, the cfo. But it hasn't gotten much attention ,and remember, they don't have lots of cash on hand. I would wait to see if it goes to 1$

Cash won't be a problem and the higher the share price the less the dilution, Kings Chapel and the Directors will under write the next raise if necessary....although i'm sure they would prefer a few new large holders on board...

I did a little dd and the youtube videos did make me understand more, market cap can double in no time and still be undervalued imo in the short term....longer term , well we'll see.

I have been in since the start (Eastcoal days) they have $90million Tax Losses they will be able to use. Really like what they are trying to achieve and they have invested in some really interesting projects/companies, still cheap in my opinion with very strong Board of Directors who are supportive at every Fund Raise, Treger has his Private Holding plus his interest in Kings Chapel International.

I'd rather wait til it goes above 1$ to get in , that could trigger a different type of investor

OMG I'm an old Eastcoal'er as well. I've just let it sit and sit and sit to see what came of it. Glad I wasn't the only one!

ROIcrusader, you did well to hang onto your shares. Shame CIBC have a sell order at 0.75 but being picked up by someone...
