LONDON and VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 14, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CoTec Holdings Corp. (TSXV: CTH; OTCQB: CTHCF) (“CoTec”) and Mkango Resources Ltd. (AIM/TSX-V: MKA) (“Mkango”) are pleased to announce that CoTec and Maginito Limited ("Maginito") have entered into a binding letter agreement pursuant to which they have agreed a 50:50 joint venture (the “Joint Venture”) in relation to the United States roll-out of HyProMag’s rare earth magnet recycling technology. HyProMag’s technology will be sublicenced to the new Joint Venture company, HyProMag US, on formation.

Big seller at 80 cents. Not enough volume other that Braam that keeps buying

Not really a big xeller there was only 25k @ $0.80.. we do need a few more buyers though...but Braam is happy to keep buying....

That's actually a big amount if you consider the volume it has been trading . I hope we'll see a clear path to a dollar by month end, but that would only be possible with some volume.

If you look back in the price history you will see that we have trading many times over 50k a day on the rise upwards since May 23......a lot of these sells are from holders from the Eastcoal days just taking what funds were locked in before the reverse take over...imo

I wish there would be buyers other than Braam . More investors from U.S would help too .

I do find it strange that you would rather wait and buy once it reaches $1.00. Why would you want to pay an additional 25%..This will always be a fairly illiquid stock in my opinion as most future raises will be underwritten by Julian Treger, Kings Chapel International.and Directors. As CoTec start to develop revenues we will see more interest, but that will be 12 months away.....you can always

If it goes to 1$ it wil lattract a different type of investor , until then it might be risky.

I'm not sure it going to $1 will attract a different type of investor, the Market Cap. will still be below $100million.....
