OADS with sue

The next step of this evolving saga is that OADS will likely sue CTW for the full value of that contract. I don't understand how CTW can just dump this agreement. All the LIDAR tech came from OADS and is owned by them. I'm staying long for now...but I'm pretty sure lawsuits will be coming.

WRONG peak oil, read again: Company concluded that its products and business are no longer subject to any royalty requirements under the Licensing Agreement and therefore did not pay the second quarter guaranteed minimum annual royalty fee to OADS under the Licensing Agreement and does not intend to pay any future royalty fees to OADS under the Licensing Agreement.   sounds like they didnt ...more

Have you read the licensing agreement? The vindicator is covered by 27 OADS patents. Unless they have completely rebuilt this thing from the ground up. Time for the afternoon ritualistic  "dumping of shares" as well...

I have read the contract and agree that I highly suspect OADS will sue.....they would be nuts not to.....that is not good for future contracts for those kind of disputes to surface! Could this be why we have been seeing the unusual sell offs the last two weeks? The ex-employee shares should have traded hands long by now according to SEDAR and the charts.
