financing

We will get the results for Q1 tonight, but I don't think it is so important. For the technology the company has, it is a seller's market, not buyers, once it is ready, we can see big orders coming right away. The biggest concern is the financing, by which way to get enough money for producing. By the recent trading, there are enough reasons to say that a buy out offer between $60-70 cents from our ex-CEO is waiting to be presented to the management, because it is the best way for him to settle the lawsuit.

So just loading up and keep patient, whatever the offer gets refused or accepted, we will see the S/P going up for sure.
