New branding waste of money and focus
Anyone else think that a rebranding effort at this point will be a waste of focus and money? I don't think it will cause any large order to go through. That is what is really needed at this point. If they sell 100+ units then they have money and time to rebrand the company.

I am with you 100% Peak. Rebranding is a complete waste especially when capital is so hard to come by. Use the money to generate sales and rebrand later. Start with sales.

I think the rebranding makes sense, "Catch the wind" sounds more like a song or a children's book but does not stand for a serious company. People tend to make fun of the name first when I mentioned the company as an investment opportunity. And its much cheaper to rebrand a small company than to do it in a few years time when CTW has offices around the world...

I agree with the name change. "Catch the Wind" sounds like a cheesy book or film title. the rebranding will also help people forget the previous management. They might as well do it now.

Was a reverse split already approved by shareholders?

Do you think a RS is even a considering with the work that is going on to get the warrants approved by the tsx?

I'm not a securities lawyer so I'm not 100% sure behind the legality of it, but I don't see how it would stop them. The warrants price would just be moved up with any RS. Nothing in the NR points to the warrants having a defined term or strike price yet, just that they can purchase 4M shares.
