I Have a Question..

InSite will be granted warrants to purchase up to 4,000,000 common shares of the Company, exercisable for a period of 3 years following the issuance date at an exercise price equal to the closing market price of the Company's common shares on the trading day immediately prior to the issuance date. The warrants will vest in equal monthly tranches, and all unvested portions of the warrant will be cancelled if the Company's terminates the InSite Agreement. The issuance of the warrants is subject to receipt of the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

This was taken from June 11 NR on Major being named CEO. Ive been reading the news releases and not found an issuance date for the common shares. After he was named CEO, we've been seeing continuous big ASKS in the 0.145-0.16 ranges, 1 massive order for the SP not to go up. Would it be possible that perhaps there are insiders or other affiliated with CTW that are holding these walls to scare the investors away, drop the SP down to something relatively cheap, so they can issue these common shares on an issuance date where the SP is low, since they can forecast potential big orders and not issue common shares at a higher price where they wont make as much profit...

Does this seem to make sense? Im just making  an assumption, I could be dead wrong which is why I would like to ask if some would comment so I can have a better understanding...

Thanks.

I basicly sent this question to the company and below is what they replied.... You are on the right track... but that type of activity is illigal!!!! As to your last question about the trading patterns of the stock.  I can assure you that the no one involved with the Company is influencing the price or the trading of the stock.  Not only would that be illegal but it wouldn’t be in the ...more

I think you have solved the puzzle of the mystery wall. You, sir, deserve a medal.

I am not impressed by this reaction. Given the stake, it wouldn't be a surprise if someone not considered an insider is doing the dirty job for them. If i can work this kind of deal with my friends, why wouldn't moneyed fat cats do it themselves?

If everybody realized the game being played, why not just enjoy the undervalued cheap price?  It is really a gift.  I am fully loaded alreay, I just wish I had more money to buy a million shares!!!!!!!!!
