I think it is a number of things:   1.  Low nat gas prices and low coal prices make fossil fuel more attractive for electricity needs 2.  Loss of government subsidies for alternative energy 3.  Corrupt previous management of the company 4.  Concerns over the recent lawsuit and the pre-existing litigation 5.  The lack of an ongoing major order and lack of visibility on ...more

I agree with all your points but with respect to the current lawsuit, I think its a (Joke) and people are running scared for no reason.  That's okay, keep throwing away your shares for next to nothing.  I'll be happy to take some of them off your hands.

I would echo everything pmredmonton said and add 2 things.   CTWs flagship product, the Vindicator, is a feature not a product. I equate it to Cruise Control on your car.  Its awesome if the car comes with it, but there isn't much of an aftermarket for it, especially if it voids the warranty.  Which brings me to my second point.
