Interesting Management Change

The COO is no longer the COO but "Head of Mergers and Acquisitions".  Interesting.  I don't know how to view that change if it is a positive or a negative.

You can see this is accurate because this video shows it, among other previous literature, at the 4:01 mark of this video.

Then view the latest website and August 2021 presentation and the change is visible.  Why?  are they going to go on an acquisition spree?  more dilution....maybe debt....why do they need to acquire at this stage? or is it "hey let's acquire something"? merge with who? why? or is the change for a company sale already?   Is someone *that* interested? or what is the reason?  Who is the COO now then? do they have one? will they have one?
