That's a fair question. It is possible, but the issue is it would no longer be viewed as an "arms length deal". Meaning the price for the acquistion is not set by two 100% independent parties. For CUSPIS to be the Ruckify vehicle, they would need to put in extra disclosures as probably get a fairness opinion. The TSX-V would want extra work done because in ...more

Yeah, and considering Bruce talks about infused beverages being the "biggest category" in the rec market for cannabis, and that he's likely to get involved with something in the cannabis space but in the U.S, plus the CCO of cronos is a seed investor as well, it's likely that's where this company is going...
