Flys in the Ointment and Poison Pills

The Glencore offer for Tech is certainly a fly in the ointment for Copperfox.  Is it possible that the CUU's ROFO could be used as a poison pill of sorts to strategically complicate the Glencore/Tech situation?

I am of the opinion that if Glencore succeeds in their acquisition of Tech that it would be a negative outcome for Copper Fox.  After listening to Nagel's pitch, my take away was that Glencore has a long list of many brownfield projects they would advance in preference to any Tech greenfield projects.  Although the new entity could divest on any one of them.

With almost every power play in the world today, disinformation has become a powerful weapon.  Who really knows anymore.

In today's world there is far too much smoke and too many mirrors which has made me very skeptical about everything I hear, see and read.

Call em the way you see em people.
