Huge Insider SELL

Well it looks like Hector Mackay sold off about 1M shares from this recent run up to over .60cents.  LOL  PUMP and DUMP.  So what's new with this stock?   ES goes on a promotions spree then insiders sell big on the run up on no substance!  Too bad the clueless bagholders havn't figured it out yet!  LMAO

Yep, I said it once and I'll say it again - if you want to know what's really going on with this company just follow the money trail!  Forget what ES tells you and all his empty promises - just follow the money  Who has benefitted the most for all these years of never ending promises?  LOL.  Certainly not the ordinary bagholder lol.  Only those well CONnected MEN ...more

It would appear from the Insider trades that insider Hector MacKay-Dunn dumped over 4 million CUU shares at an average of about .55 cents from his personal account on May 14, 15, and 16th taking his holdings down in his personal account from about 5 million shares to 519,300 shares as of May 16th. Then on May 16th, he started dumping CUU shares from Renfrew Dippe Holdings (likely his holdings ...more

Incredible post. Thanks for that!

It would appear that you need to check your facts again.  Hector still holds 5M shares. MoneyK
Comment by MoneyK on May 22, 2024 6:23pm
In the sense that he sold around 1M shares, not 4M shares. MoneyK
Comment by HoneyBadger77 on May 22, 2024 10:22pm
No MoneyK you need to check your facts.  I'll spell this a ittle slower for you so maybe you can understand: Hector personally (directly) owns 519,300 shares of CUU as of May 16th, 2024. And Renfrew Dieppe Holdings Corporation (Indirect Ownership) owns 4,125,000 CUU shares as of May 16th. 2024.  Indirect Ownership means they are owned Indirectly (not personally) meaning  ...more

And MoneyK, the same link shows that Hector sold about 4 million CUU shares from May14 to 16th, not only 1 million as you believe. https://ceo.ca/api/sedi?symbol=cuu&amount=&transaction=&insider HB77

Show me how you add up to 4M shares sold because I'm not following you. MoneyK
Comment by HoneyBadger77 on May 23, 2024 10:50am
Well MoneyK, I see I owe you an apology.  I revisited my calculations and see you are correct in that Hector actually only sold around a million CUU shares from May 14 to 16 and NOT about 4 million shares.  In fact, Hector actually sold a total of 1,362,966 of CUU to be exact.  He sold 843,666 shares from his personal (direct) account and 513,000 shares from the Renfrew Dippe ...more

All good HB, just wanted to make sure the facts were straight.  MoneyK

Thanks MoneyK.  I strongly believe opinions should ideally be backed up by facts whenever facts are available because when the facts are not accurate opinions are ususally wrong and God knows we've got enough opinions on these boards that lack the facts to make most opinions actionable. Now, getting back to CUU shares trading activity, I see that about 9 million CUU shares traded on the ...more

OK, I guess I just answered my own question about the status of the Shaft Creek Mine Project.  Located this info that reported Feb 29,2024. Schaft Creek JV in British Columbia advances to prefeasibility stage - MINING.COM The Schaft Creek joint venture – 75% Teck Resources (TSX: TECK.A, TECK.B; NYSE: TECK) and 25% Copper Fox Metals (TSXV: CUU) – is advancing the copper-gold-molybdenum ...more

Don't you find it strange that the PFS is due out the same time as Galore which was delayed over and over? MoneyK
Comment by HoneyBadger77 on May 24, 2024 6:12pm
Yes, I would agree MoneyK that there is a connection there.  And if TECK (and perhaps their Galore Creek 50/50 partner Newmont) decide to buy out Copper Fox's 25% interest in Shaft Creek then the Shaft Creek PFS will need to be up to date as well.  I just can't see TECK and Newmont continuing the partnership with Copper Fox and I suspect a buy out of CUU's interest is the ...more

Teck would be smart to build Galore first, with Newmont paying for 50% of some infrastructure that could be used for SC, saving Teck some capex and construction years = higher NPV. MoneyK
